Sports Posters
The Sports collection preserves five records from the less regulated side of international competition. Here, FIFUFA returns to Mexico in 1970 and Brasil in 1950, apparently without resolving its administrative differences. A basketball player develops an unusual reach. A football player confronts the consequences of having two left feet. The International Bicicletta Festival proceeds with continental confidence and questionable spelling. Built from archival photographs, paper scraps and typographic leftovers, these Sports posters treat athletic history as a matter of graphics, ceremony and minor institutional confusion. The events may or may not have happened. Their posters have survived remarkably well.

Frequently asked questions
- What is included in the Sports collection?
- The Sports collection contains five graphic art poster prints: FIFUFA World Coupe Tournament Mexico 1970, FIFUFA World Coupe Tournament Brasil 1950, The Long Armed Basketball Player, The Football Player with Two Left Feet and International Bicicletta Festival. Together they document a sporting archive of uncertain accuracy, where tournament administration and physical possibility were handled differently.
- What paper and sizes are available for Sports posters?
- Each Sports poster is produced on Premium Matte Paper: 200 gsm (80 lb), FSC-certified or equivalent, acid-free, and finished with a smooth non-reflective surface. Sizes are A0 (84.1 × 118.9 cm), A1 (59.4 × 84.1 cm) and A2 (42 × 59.4 cm). All posters are vertical.
- How are Sports posters produced and delivered?
- Sports posters are printed on demand through ASC’s local production network, with printing partners in 22 countries. Orders are produced as close as possible to their destination. Delivery usually takes 3–4 business days within the local production network and 4–12 business days elsewhere. Free worldwide shipping is included in the product price, a policy introduced after several disputed postage ledgers.
- Can I return a Sports poster, and will customs apply?
- Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of arrival. Customs duties generally do not apply when a poster is produced within the buyer’s customs region. In rare cross-border cases, duties may apply. The relevant authorities tend not to comment on the historical status of FIFUFA.
