Retro Posters
The Retro collection records eight occasions from the latter half of the twentieth century, when public culture apparently ran on brass sections, bicycle races and questionable sporting administration. Here are the FIFUFA World Coupe tournaments of Brasil 1950 and Mexico 1970, two Montrø Jazz Festival notices, and the 1996 Preserves Festival Jam Session. Elsewhere, flea breeders convene internationally and flowers continue their administrative duties. These Retro posters favour archival photographs, paper fragments and typographic leftovers, assembled into evidence from a cultural history of uncertain accuracy. The dates are precise. The institutions are less easily verified. Posters. Not from this World.

Frequently asked questions
- What is included in the Retro posters collection?
- The Retro collection contains eight graphic art poster prints. It includes notices for FIFUFA World Coupe tournaments, Montrø Jazz Festival editions from 1984 and 1996, the Preserves Festival Jam Session, an international flea breeders convention, the International Bicicletta Festival and Where Flowers Bloom. A fairly complete record of public leisure, if one accepts the archives.
- What sizes are available for Retro posters?
- Each Retro poster is available in vertical A0, A1 and A2 sizes. A0 measures 84.1 × 118.9 cm, A1 measures 59.4 × 84.1 cm, and A2 measures 42 × 59.4 cm. The collection maintains a disciplined vertical format, regardless of the event’s likely administrative failures.
- What paper are the Retro posters printed on?
- Retro posters are produced on Premium Matte Paper: 200 gsm (80 lb), FSC-certified or equivalent, acid-free and smooth, with a non-reflective finish. The paper suits the collection’s archival logic without claiming to have been recovered from a municipal basement in 1970.
- How are Retro posters shipped and how long does delivery take?
- Retro posters are printed on demand through local printing partners in 22 countries, as close as possible to the destination. Delivery usually takes 3–4 business days within the local production network and 4–12 business days elsewhere. Shipping is free worldwide, with costs integrated into the product price. Posters ship unframed, and returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of arrival.
